With JediDesk AI, you can easily train the system based on the specifics of your business for the best customer experience.
Magic Button independently generates an answer in the context of a conversation with a client in just 3 seconds.
How to set up this magic feature? 🧙
Go to the JediDesk AI tab.
In the Core field, enter text with instructions for your consultant (see How to configure JediDesk AI).
Fill in the question and answer field to train the system to understand your audience.
Specify stop words, when the bot will stop responding, for example, "stupid", "manager".
How does it work?
Press the Magic Button in the chat with the client.
Check the answer, it will appear automatically.
Click "Edit" if you need to make adjustments.
Click "Send" if the text is correct.
