Setting the distribution of dialogues between managers

If you have multiple managers, you can set a limit on the number of requests per manager.

In the Settings -> tab, click on the ⚙️ button next to the + Add manager button , activate the dialog sharing functionality and specify the limit:

What is a limit?

This is the number of chats after which the manager receives the Invisible status and cannot receive new requests, unless he changes the status to Online.


To receive requests, each manager must click the Start Shift button:


The Online status is activated:


When the limit on receiving requests expires, the manager will automatically switch to Invisible mode. To receive more requests, you need to activate Online status.

If the manager has gone to lunch or is not at his desk, you must select the appropriate status.

At the end of the working day, you need to click the End shift button:
