# Setting the distribution of dialogues between managers
In the **Settings ->** [**Managers**](https://app.jedidesk.com/settings-managers) tab, click on the ⚙️ button next to the **+ Add manager** button , activate the dialog sharing functionality and specify the limit:

**What is a limit?**
This is the number of chats after which the manager receives the **Invisible** status and cannot receive new requests, unless he changes the status to **Online**.

To receive requests, each manager must click the **Start Shift** button:

The **Online** status is activated:

When the limit on receiving requests expires, the manager will automatically switch to **Invisible** mode. To receive more requests, you need to activate **Online** status.
If the manager has gone to lunch or is not at his desk, you must select the appropriate status.
At the end of the working day, you need to click the **End shift** button:
