# Setting the dialogue subjects

In the **Settings ->** [**Company**](https://app.jedidesk.com/settings-company) tab, activate the **Displaying the subject of the dialogue** and **Mandatory indication of the subject of the dialogue** (if every dialog should go to statistics) and click the <mark style="background-color:blue;">**Save changes**</mark> button:

In the **Automation ->** [**Subjects**](https://app.jedidesk.com/subjects) tab, click <mark style="background-color:green;">**+ Add subject**</mark>, enter the following data and click the <mark style="background-color:blue;">**Save changes**</mark> button:&#x20;

1. **The name of the dialogue subject** - is, for example, *Delivery by FedEX*
2. **Sort** - set the order in which the topic is displayed in the general list of topics
3. **Status** - Active or Inactive the display of the subject in the configuration of the dialog card with customers

The option to choose added subjects will appear in the card of each dialogue:
