# How to embed a #jedidesk widget in Strikingly

1. **​**[**Create a #jedidesk widget**](https://docs.jedidesk.com/v/english/widget/how-to-create-a-jedidesk-widget) and copy the generated code.
2. Log in to [**Strikingly**](https://www.strikingly.com/).
3. On your site editor, click **Add new section -> Advanced -> Embed & HTML**:

4. Click on the newly added section and choose **HTML**:&#x20;

5. Add the widget code to the dedicated field and click **Save**:&#x20;

6. Publish your site.

After embedding the widget, you can see the result by checking the preview or visiting your live site. Keep in mind that custom code won't be visible in the site editor.
