Open Settings -> Integration -> Widget Settings tab.
The widget in each language* is configured separately. Click on Select language, and select, for example, English, fill in all the templates and click Save button:
If you want to reset all widget settings, click Default setting button.
By default, 3 languages are available for the widget, but you can always add more languages:
To enable other languages, click the switch after selecting the language:
If you disable accepting requests through the widget, it will only work as a redirect to your messenger bots:
Please note that when the widget is set to multiple languages, the language of the widget depends on the language of the client's browser and not on the language of the web resource on which the widget is placed. For example, if the browser is set to the English language, the client will see the widget in the English language.
Instead of an expanded widget, you can set up a mini-widget with icons:
When you’re done designing your widget, click Save button and copy the generated code to paste on your site:
When your customer writes a message in the chat via the widget, you will see the message and can prepare a response in advance:
The customer will also see what you write to him, but will not see the text before sending:
