🔔Setting up notifications

In our system, you can set up notifications in two methods: via Telegram and Push


1. Connecting Push notifications (Windows, MacOS)

On the Settings -> Profile tab, in the Notifications block, enable Push Notifications and click Save Changes.

The browser will automatically send a request to allow notifications - confirm the request. If the request has not been received, click 🔒 next to the browser address bar and activate the permission:

Go to the My Chat tab and click on 🔊 in a dialogue with any client and choose additional sound settings:

Make sure your operating system allows you to send notifications from your browser.

  1. Enable notifications on Windows:

Go to Settings -> System -> Notifications & Actions and turn on notifications:

  1. Enable notifications on MacOS:

Open the Apple menu -> System Settings -> 🔔 Notifications in the sidebar and click > next to the browser:

2. Connecting notifications in Telegram

In the Settings -> Profile tab, in the Notifications block, enable the Notifications function in the Telegram bot, which, when you go to the system bot #jedidesk, identifies your profile.

Launch the bot, return to settings and click Save changes:

When the bot sends notifications, you can respond to them like regular messages using the Reply function:

3. Connecting notifications on iOS

Using the API, you can connect notifications on iOS.

Notifications for mobile devices are also supported when adding them to the home screen.
