# Setting the dialogue subjects
In the **Settings ->** [**Company**](https://app.jedidesk.com/settings-company) tab, activate the **Displaying the subject of the dialogue** and **Mandatory indication of the subject of the dialogue** (if every dialog should go to statistics) and click the **Save changes** button:

In the **Automation ->** [**Subjects**](https://app.jedidesk.com/subjects) tab, click **+ Add subject**, enter the following data and click the **Save changes** button:
1. **The name of the dialogue subject** - is, for example, *Delivery by FedEX*
2. **Sort** - set the order in which the topic is displayed in the general list of topics
3. **Status** - Active or Inactive the display of the subject in the configuration of the dialog card with customers
