7️⃣Customer custom fields

Each client has his own card with user information, which is displayed on the right in the dialogue in LiveChat. Custom fields for any information can be created independently.

In the Automation -> Customer custom fields tab, click + Add field, fill in the required fields and click the Save changes button:

  1. Name - eg customer ID, shipping address o whatever you need.

  2. Type - choose input format: integer, string, phone number or email.

  3. Sort - the serial number of an additional field in the client's card.


Now when opening customer cards, you will see a new input field:
