1️⃣How to configure JediDesk AI

JediDesk AI - artificial intelligence integrated into the #jedidesk system for fast responses and 24/7 work


To configure AI, open the JediDesk AI tab:

1. JediDesk AI settings:

JediDesk AI funds balance - the number of free requests that JediDesk AI can handle. The balance can be topped up.

JediDesk AI Statistics – You can select a specific period by clicking on the calendar.

Settings – Enable/Disable JediDesk AI.

JediDesk AI Training Limit - The number of characters from the information provided for training. Core and Q&A are taken into account.


2. Basic setting of JediDesk AI:

Setting up a business card - specify a link to your site.

Languages of your bot - Select the languages in which JediDesk AI will respond.

Core - describe the behavior model of your AI.

Request limit per dialogue – You can set a message limit so that JediDesk AI does not use up the balance for each message from the user.

Request limit per week – You can set a request limit so that JediDesk AI does not use up the balance for every request from a new user.

Working hours – If you have configured working days and hours in Settings -> Company, you can adapt JediDesk AI to these times.


Questions and Answers - Specify the information that JediDesk AI will work with:


Stop words – specify stop words that will stop JediDesk AI or notify the manager about the client's request for further processing of the request:


3. An example of JediDesk AI working in LiveChat:

Chats and messages that have involved JediDesk AI will have a special label.
