1️⃣How to create a #jedidesk Widget

#jedidesk offers a very easy way to create and customize your Widget


1. Language and text settings:

Open Settings -> Integration -> Widget Settings tab.

The widget in each language* is configured separately. Click on Select language, and select, for example, English, fill in all the templates and click Save button:

If you want to reset all widget settings, click Default setting button.

By default, 3 languages are available for the widget, but you can always add more languages:

To enable other languages, click the switch after selecting the language:

If you disable accepting requests through the widget, it will only work as a redirect to your messenger bots:

2. Mini widget settings:

Instead of an expanded widget, you can set up a mini-widget with icons:

3. Generated widget code:

When you’re done designing your widget, click Save button and copy the generated code to paste on your site:

4. Animation of typing messages and viewing messages typed in the chat

When your customer writes a message in the chat via the widget, you will see the message and can prepare a response in advance:
